About this policy

This policy covers Grocery Run: One Trip version 1.0, the offline grocery-delivery game developed by Vincent Olivencia and distributed through William James Bannatyne’s Apple Developer account. “We” means the Grocery Run: One Trip team.

Primary privacy/support contact: will@webnomous.com. Secondary contact: vinnyhaus@gmail.com.

Playing Grocery Run: One Trip

The game does not require an account. Its gameplay code does not send your game progress or personal information to our servers. This version has no advertising, third-party analytics, tracking, in-app purchases, or social/chat features. It does not request access to your location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.

Information stored on your device

Grocery Run: One Trip stores scores, delivery records, unlocked and selected outfits, worlds and pets, order progress, tutorial completion, and sound/haptic preferences in the app’s local storage. This supports saving your progress and settings. We cannot remotely access or delete those local saves.

Deleting the app removes its local data; offloading the app preserves it. Device backups may retain or restore app data under your Apple backup settings.

TestFlight and Apple services

When you use Grocery Run: One Trip through TestFlight, Apple automatically collects crash and usage information and shares it with the app provider. This can include device/OS details, sessions, installs, and crash logs. This collection is automatic, and TestFlight does not offer an opt-out while you test a beta app.

Depending on how you joined, the provider may also see your name and email; these are not shown for public-link-only invitations. Feedback and screenshots you choose to submit are shared with the provider. We use this information to troubleshoot and improve Grocery Run: One Trip, not for advertising.

Apple controls collection and retention within its services. You can end beta participation by deleting the beta app. This does not delete diagnostic information or feedback already provided to Apple or us. See Apple’s TestFlight privacy notice.

Visiting our website

These pages are hosted by Netlify. When you visit www.webnomous.com, Netlify processes technical request information to deliver the website and operate and secure its hosting service. This can include your IP address, browser information sent in the user-agent, the requested URL, request time, and response information. Hosting logs are separate from Grocery Run: One Trip’s locally stored game progress. See Netlify’s privacy statement for more information.

Contacting us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever information you include, such as a description or screenshot of a problem. We use it to answer your request, investigate problems, and handle privacy requests. Please avoid sending sensitive information.

Our email providers process correspondence to deliver and store it. We do not sell personal information or use support messages for targeted advertising.

Retention and privacy choices

We keep support correspondence and any diagnostic copies only as long as needed to handle the request, resolve the relevant issue, and meet applicable legal obligations. We delete or de-identify information we control when it is no longer needed. Apple and email-provider backups may follow their own retention schedules.

Contact either address to request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and reasonable identity verification. We cannot delete records controlled solely by Apple; visit Apple’s privacy tools for those requests.

Children and families

The game does not ask children to provide personal information or create an account. Parents or guardians should handle support and beta-testing communications. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact us so we can address it and delete it where appropriate.

Apple does not permit children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age in their jurisdiction, to use TestFlight. Eligible users under 18 should review the TestFlight terms with a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian handling communications does not change TestFlight’s eligibility requirements. Apple’s TestFlight terms and privacy practices apply to beta participation.

Security, sharing, and changes

We limit access to support and diagnostic information to people who need it for the purposes above and use the safeguards provided by our service providers. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law; TestFlight information remains subject to Apple’s restrictions.

If the app’s practices change, we will update this policy and its date, and provide any notice or consent required by law. Links opened outside the app are governed by the destination’s policies.
